Refund policy

All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

To return an item, please email customer service at support@orreno.com. Please, place the item securely in its original packaging with proof of purchase, and mail your return.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of the item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 5 business days from the receipt of your item to process your return.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
